For food technology, chemistry and biology shouldn't induce anxiety in you. In addition, you shouldn't be disgusted with certain foods, because in food technology you have to experiment with all kinds of foods, including animal products.
And if you want to work as a nutritionist, it goes without saying that good communication, patience, persuasiveness and resistance to stress are necessary.
